If you are having trouble resetting your password please phone your local Tait Office and ask for the Partner Resource Coordinator.

Reset your password

To have your password reset please complete the form below. You will be sent an email from sso.admin@taitcommunications.com (please ensure this email will not be blocked by spam protection) requesting confirmation to reset your password.

Note

Tait staff must raise a Āwhina Help ticket or contact ICT directly to have their password reset. This facility is for Tait's partners only.

When you have successfully completed resetting your password you will need to wait 30 minutes until you will be able to sign in to some of our Partner Applications.
